Every time Erin's belly is against me whether she is next to me or my hand is on her stomach, the little stinker decides to kick me. Does she need room? Am I invading her personal space already (and she's not even a teen)?
It would be nice if this little one would cooperate once in a while instead of none of the time. We bought a new camcorder to chronicle the baby's life and apparently her every discernible movement in Erin's belly (this has yielded few results if any to my knowledge). The weekend we were going to have the baby has just about passed so I think Jean Smallwood may no longer be clairvoyant. Apparently, she predicted a plane crash years ago and so Erin's father thought maybe she would be correct again. I really don't think he did but he wanted to let us know so that if she turned out to be correct, we would know she is an oracle of knowledge.
The one thing I am really not looking forward to (besides having to run off little boys) is changing 8-10 diapers a day. That seems crazy! I am thinking that we will have the baby go in the yard and Chewy can go inside when he is here. Just a thought.
I'm feeling pretty close to prepared as all I can think we need is a new car for me which we were going to buy by the end of June. That still could happen... or not. I'm looking forward to some time away from work and, in my mind, I'm painting the basement and staining the fence. I'm guessing those may not happen (either of these).
